How do I cancel a withdrawal?
You can cancel a recent withdrawal request and return your winnings to your playing balance on site if you'd prefer to play with your money.
You can do this when a withdrawal is still 'Pending' as this means it has not left our systems. Just click Menu > My Account > History > Transaction History. Click on 'Cancel' next to the chosen withdrawal.
Once you have confirmed this, your winnings will immediately be returned to your balance. You can then withdraw a smaller amount or play with all the funds.
What does Pending Withdrawal: False mean in my Transaction History?
If you see 'Pending Withdrawal: False' this means the money has been processed by our Finance Team and it is on its way back to your payment provider but we're still waiting to hear back as to whether they have accepted this.
Why can't I cancel a withdrawal?
Withdrawals that show as 'Processed' or 'Successful' have already been through our systems and the funds are on their way to your chosen payment method. It is not possible for a withdrawal to be cancelled after this point. Debit Card withdrawals typically take 24 to 48 hours to clear and Bank withdrawals 2 to 5 working days.
