Incognito Mode
I’ve been advised to try and load the site in Incognito Mode, why is this?
If you are experiencing some technical issues, we may ask you to attempt to load the site on 'Incognito Mode' on your device. How you do this, depends entirely on what Internet browser you use.
How do I access Incognito Mode in Google Chrome?
Desktop and Mobile
1. Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'New Incognito Window'.
3. Load the site.
How do I access Incognito Mode in Safari?
Desktop
1. Click on 'Safari' in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'Private Browsing'.
3. Load the site.
Mobile Device
1. Click on the two overlapping squares in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'Private' in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
3. Load the site.
How do I access Incognito Mode in Mozilla Firefox?
Desktop
1. Click on the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'New Private Window'.
3. Load the site.
Mobile Device
1. Click on the square with a number in it located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select the mask icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
3. Load the site.

Desktop
1. Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'New InPrivate window'.
3. Load the site.
Mobile Device
1. Click on the 3 dots in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'New InPrivate tab'.
3. Load the site.
How do I access Incognito Mode in Internet Explorer?
Desktop
1. Right click at the top of your screen and select 'Menu bar'.
2. Select 'Tools' on the new toolbar that has appeared on your screen.
3. Click on 'InPrivate Browsing'.
