Poker Game History
How do I check my Poker Game History?
You can see the outcome of all Poker Tournaments by going to Menu > My Account > History > Game History.
The Tournament will be logged on the Game History at the time that the first game started (i.e. when everyone has sat down and the first cards are dealt) rather than when you personally registered.
The Game History shows the basic overview (buy-in plus any win) and whether the Tournament is still ongoing. Once every player has finished and an overall winner has been declared, the History will show a green tick to indicate that it's complete.
If a Tournament is still ongoing, you'll see a 'clock' symbol.
Can I still get back in if it's incomplete?
If you've not been eliminated yet, you can go back into the Tournament and continue where you left off, via the Poker Lobby.
If you've been eliminated, then you can't go back in to play but you can access it as an observer through the Poker Lobby. The Game History will still show as incomplete until the whole Tournament is over and a winner has been declared.
If the Tournament shows a green tick, this means it's already completed. Should you have been disconnected from the game, then your cards would automatically be folded for you, unless you were 'all in'. You can find out more about being disconnected from a game here.
Can I watch the rest of a Tournament after I've been knocked out?
Yes! When you leave a Tournament, you'll see the 'Results' screen showing your overall finishing position. If you click the 'X' in the top corner, you can view the rest of the Tournament as an Observer.
How do I check my current Poker Tickets?
You can check these by clicking the 'Tickets' symbol in the top right-hand corner of the Poker Lobby. This will tell you whether you have any active tickets. Tickets can be won in Tournaments and Promotions. Please note that these do have expiry dates, so make sure you use them before they go!
If you've played a Tournament with a ticket, it will show as a wager of £0.00 on the Game History.
