Playing our Games
What games do you have?
Here at Smooth Bingo we have a fantastic range of Slot, Bingo, Poker and Casino games! Some are exclusive to Smooth Bingo, and there's plenty more coming up soon, so we're sure you'll find your next favourite on our site!
You can see the games right there on the home page when you log in! Look through them by scrolling down to see the different game tiles, then tap to take a closer look. If you want to test them out for free you can do this on 'Demo' mode, or you can play for real right away.
How do I know if I have won a game?
Any cash win is paid directly into your playing account immediately. If you think that you have won and don't see the funds enter your balance, simply refresh the console and your balance should be adjusted accordingly. You can also see a record of them by visiting My Account > Game History. For more information about checking your Game History, please click here.
What is the Return to Player (RTP) percentage?
The Return to Player, or "RTP", is a term used by most gambling sites to describe the percentage of all money paid into the game that is paid out in winnings over a period of time. For example, if the RTP for a game is 90%, and all players for that one game wager a total of £100, the total amount of winnings paid out will be, on average, £90.
Why have I not received the advertised percentage on my games?
It is important to remember the RTP is an average expected return across the game over a large number of game plays, and not a guaranteed return for each player. As a result, if a game displays a 90% RTP, you should not expect to win 90 pence for every £1 you spend.
Kindly note, we cannot guarantee wins on our games, as the outcomes are determined by our Random Number Generator (RNG) software, and therefore your gambling is based on luck.
Are your games tested?
Yes, our games are also verified by NMi, an independent specialist in game testing. We make our results available to our external auditors and regulators as part of our commitment to game fairness.
What do I do if my games stop working?
If your games freeze, then they will either wait for you or play out on our secure servers, with any winnings added automatically. You'll never miss out on the outcome of a game or miss a chance to win. This means you can try just closing the game and going back in, to see if you can carry on from where you were.
