Withdrawal Issues
Please note that for security reasons, we operate a "Closed Loop" policy which means you must withdraw back to the last method that you deposited from.
Why has my withdrawal failed?
There are a few reasons as to why you may not be able to withdraw:
• Your email address is not verified
• There is an active bonus on your account
• Your payment method has expired
• Your bank account is registered on another account
• You are trying to withdraw less than the minimum amount
Why have I not received your verification email?
If you have not received the verification email, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it can be sent there. If the email is not there, please contact our Customer Support Team as your email provider could be blocked on your emails.
How do I know how much I need to play on my bonus before I can withdraw?
Certain bonuses come with a wagering requirement. This is an amount that needs to be played before you can withdraw but you can check to see how much is left by going to My Account > Withdraw.
My registered card has expired, what do I do?
You will not be able to withdraw to a Debit Card that has expired.
If the long number of your Debit Card remains the same as the expired card, you can update the expiry date by selecting My Account > Deposit Funds > Update Method.
If you have been issued a new card with a different card number, or your card is linked to an entirely new bank account, please contact our Customer Support Team.
It says my bank details are already registered, what do I do?
It is not possible to register a bank account on more than one Smooth Bingo account. You will need to use an alternative withdrawal method instead. If you have no other way of withdrawing please contact our Customer Support Team.
I want to withdraw less than £10, how do I do this?
The minimum amount for withdrawals via the My Account section is £10. If your balance is less than £10 please contact our Customer Support Team.
