How do I know if I have won a prize on your games?
For any of our games, if you have a win the funds are added automatically to your balance at the conclusion of the game. If you think you have won and don’t see the funds enter your balance, simply refresh your screen and your balance should be adjusted accordingly.
Just in case you didn't see a win adding to your balance, so you can always check your Game History on the site to see the status and result of your games for the past 90 days. You can access this by going to My Account > History > Game History.
How do I know if I have won a prize from your promotions?
All our promotions are shown on the Promotions Page on site and here the dates for the offer, rules and when winners would be contacted or credited will also be shown. If you have won, you would be automatically contacted by our Marketing Team by email or phone within 72 hours after the winner has been drawn.
For any non-cash prizes, we'll email you to ask if you would like to accept your prize. Once you have accepted your prize, it would arrive with you within a further 30 working days. Be sure to check that all of your details are correct on your account too. You can check and update your email address, phone number and address by heading to: My Account > Manage Details.
When will I receive my prize from a promotion?
For any of our Chat games, the Host will always firstly advise of the rules and any winners are credited with a cash prize within 24 hours.
You might just need to refresh your balance for the funds to show and if you are unsure if you received a credit, you can check this on the site. You can check for any recent credits from our Chat Games by checking your Reward History. You can access this by going to My Account > History > Reward History.
For non cash prizes, once you have accepted your prize, it would arrive with you within a further 28 working days.
