How do I reopen my account?
If your account is closed and you would like to rejoin our community, you will need to contact our Customer Support team to arrange this.
Please note that if you have opted to take a Self Exclusion from our site, your account cannot be reopened for any reason before the Self Exclusion has expired.
How do I add a new payment method for my next deposit?
You'll only be able to use a payment method that is in your own name. If you've previously used a card belonging to a friend or family member, you will need to update this.
You can add your new card at any time, if your balance is below £1, and any pending withdrawals have been processed. You can do this by going to My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method.
I've not been able to register a payment method, what should I do?
A payment method may only be registered to one playing account at a time. If you have a balance over £1 on your account but you no longer have the card that's currently registered to your account, please contact Customer Support.
Please note, we’re not able to change a payment method for other reasons as we need a 'Closed Loop' system for security. This is to ensure withdrawals go back to the method that was used for the most recent deposit.
Please ensure all new card details are entered correctly to avoid any issues with future deposits and withdrawals.
How do I withdraw when my card details have changed?
Typically, you can still withdraw funds back to the card you last deposited from, even if you have had a new card since then. If the payment card registered to your account hasn’t expired and the connected Bank Account is still open, you can still withdraw.
How do I withdraw when my Bank Account Number and Sort Code have changed?
If your depositing method doesn’t allow withdrawals and you have a new Bank Account Number and Sort Code, then you can update this on the site by going to My Account > Withdraw > Update Bank Details.
How do I change my contact details?
You can update your address or contact numbers by clicking My Account > Manage Details.
