We are pleased to report that the issues affecting deposits have now been resolved.
This was down to a technical problem with our third party payment processor. Our Finance Team will be reviewing all affected transactions. If funds were taken and didn't appear on your balance at the time, please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to either appear on your playing balance or be sent back to your bank/pay provider (which can take 1-10 working days depending on the pay provider/bank)
